These Snapchat spots raised awareness for Taco Bell’s limited-time giveaway offer of a Sony VR headset. We filmed everything from the main character’s POV to mirror user-generated content popular on Snapchat. To visually represent the giveaway, we created a story where a Sony VR headset magically appeared as each character went to bite their Quesarito. Since we were living in the character’s point of view, we weren’t able to cut between shots. This challenge created an elegant, practical effect: in each spot, the POV shows a surface without the VR headset, and then when we moved our attention over to the Taco Bell Big Box, the VR headset was added.
